Structure
PSALT is made up of 3 key groups:
Core Ministry
PSALT NK is comprised of an executive body of trustees and officers who handle basic operations of the organization and is responsible for initiating projects/actions in accordance with the vision of the organization
Spiritual Advisory Board
PSALT consults the prayers and advice of numerous undisclosed pastors, missionaries and ministry networks with a burden and commitment to doing God’s work for North Korea. Accountability with this group of advisors is mostly on an informal open-channel basis at this time.
Chapter Ministry
PSALT chapters form as a ministry in a church at the will of the Pastor and lay leadership of the church. A PSALT Chapter requires at least one coordinator to act as a liaison to the church/PSALT and keep their church accountable to the weekly prayer topics and PSALT updates/announcements. PSALT Chapters are encouraged to take initiative in creating awareness and fundraising events [funds to be raised for existing PSALT projects or approved new projects]. A ‘Chapter Kit’ is provided to Chapters and is a manual containing a set of guidelines, briefing materials, tips for organizing events and templates to be provided to each chapter.
